Introduction

• Customer Satisfaction Over the years our service recipients have reported an average of 95% satisfaction with services. Annual staff satisfaction surveys are returned with 90% of staff rating the agency services as good or excellent. About 80% of the surveys returned by families, vendors and community members rate agency services as good or excellent. Additionally, 96% of those surveyed in the community would recommend the agency to others.

  Established in 1986, Community Quest, formerly Disabilities Resource Center has steadily progressed to assist more people to live and work in the community. We are committed to continually improving the quality of services and programs and to focus on customer satisfaction.

Services

• Community residential options offering a broad array of services determined by the person’s level of independence.
• Barrier free apartment complex providing state of the art accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
• Vocational Services providing job development, placement, job coaching, career exploration and career-building motivational workshops and programs through the Career Quest Division.
• Family support services providing respite for families of individuals with developmental disabilities and specific assistance programs. These services enable families to continue to live together at home.

Credibility

• Our agency currently serves approximately 250 people in CARF (Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited Community Living, Community Employment and Community Respite Services. We have maintained the highest level of accreditation for over twelve years.

Community Events

We pride ourselves in the many community events in which we are the host or a partner: Laureate Awards Roman Banquet; Good Neighbor Golf Classic; FUNday at Playland and the Tun Tavern Hawaiian Tropic International Golf Tournament.
